My Thoughts....

• Have people with goodness in your team, don’t go just for talent. As you can give people talent by training, not goodness.

• I know limit between smart & over-smart so I stop when smartness finishes.

• In government sectors, its very difficult to live under seniors who are wrong.

• Nobody wants to help you, all want to help themselves.

• Nobody really wants to respect you, junior or senior- does not matter.

• You have to face your difficulties yourself; others can only help by increasing it.

• If you work hard and do all your work in one go, you are disappointing your seniors.

• One day will come, when all the troubles you have faced, will altogether help you. Work hard and keep learning new things.

• Exams are all about pushing and pulling things in and out of your brain.

• My absence will be my revenge.

• Never get astonished by some well-known person if he comes as your competitor and think you are now not going to win. He might be no better than you…you stabilize and relax yourself and do your best…don’t let any other things to affect your performance…please remember…
